Willie was born September 8th 1940, inAlabama, he has appeared in various commercials and tv shows. His big break came on the Rowan and Martin Laugh In Show in 1972. You see him here replacing Paul Lynde on Hollywood Squares. Recently David Letterman had him as the first guest on Ventriloquist week. They have done comedy in every state in the country. He has appeared on Hollywood Palace. Do you remember those commercials, or were you in any of his audiences, then you have some memories of this great vent. Thank you Allen Fuller for the correction. Where I stated Hollywood Squares in actuality it should have read Match Game. He never replaced anyone, lapse of memory is what happens when you reach 25, but total absence happens when you reach his age (Thanks Jellybean). Thank you again Allen
