There are many ways you can solve this dilemma, one is to know someone with that accent you are trying to learn, actually they would be your best source. They can teach you where to place the stress on the words. Another is to go to your local library and get an audio tape that teaches accents. There is still another way and that is to browse the Internet for accent information, they will also teach you where to place the emphasis, now once you have that you then have to convert the accent to vent speech and still retain the accent.
