THERE ARE MANY WAYS ONE PREPARES FOR THEIR PERFORMANCE WHAT IS YOURS?

Something I do once in a while is run head first into a wall, it relaxes me, I have almost missed a few shows due to this exercise...., don't try this kids I am a professional... hahaha!!!! Seriously I like to sit alone just before a show privately sit in a corner facing it and meditate for about 10 min. then do some deep breathing exercises and wriggle(a new word) my face, nose and lips.It loosens everything up and makes me feel silly, good feeling for a kids show, Say the magic Mark Wade word SHAY to get into contrast voice...What do you like to do....
